Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or No-Shows: A cancellation or no-show fee will result in 50% collection on the booked missed service.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the no-show fee will apply.
Clients with foreign work on their nails are required to book a soak-off service or arrive with bare nails.
